Terms and Conditions

RVBuyerTexas.com provides a way for Texas recreational vehicle owners to request a free evaluation for a possible direct RV sale.

Requesting an evaluation does not obligate you to sell your RV. Each vehicle is considered individually, and submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an offer or purchase.

Free towing is included when an RV purchase has been agreed upon. Towing is not offered as a stand-alone service.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the Website’s inquiry process, important distinctions between evaluations and actual purchases, and the responsibilities associated with using the Website.

1. About the Website and These Terms

RVBuyerTexas.com (the “Website”) is used to receive inquiries about recreational vehicles for possible direct purchase. References to “RVBuyerTexas,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the business operating the Website.

These Terms describe the intended conditions of Website use and RV purchase inquiries. They are separate from any agreement that may be reached for the purchase of a particular vehicle.

Where the Website requests affirmative agreement to these Terms, that agreement is subject to applicable law. Merely viewing information on the Website does not, by itself, establish an RV sale.

If you have questions about the inquiry process, you may use the Contact page before submitting vehicle information.

2. Free RV Evaluation Requests

An initial RV purchase evaluation request submitted through the Website is free.

RVBuyerTexas considers recreational vehicles physically located in Texas. Individual RV owners are the primary audience, and dealership inquiries may also be considered.

Vehicles that may be submitted include motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, camper vans, and other recreational vehicles, subject to individual eligibility.

Older, damaged, non-running, or stored RVs may be submitted for review. These conditions do not automatically disqualify a vehicle, but they also do not guarantee that an offer will be made.

Submitting an inquiry does not require you to accept a purchase proposal, and it does not require RVBuyerTexas to make an offer or complete a purchase.

3. Information and Authority to Submit an RV

Please provide accurate information about the RV to the best of your knowledge.

Useful details include the year, make, model, RV type, location, overall condition, known damage, mechanical issues, title status, and any outstanding financing.

You should disclose significant known problems that could affect an evaluation, including water damage, collision damage, missing major components, or an inability to move the RV.

An inquiry should be submitted by the owner or someone with appropriate authorization to discuss the vehicle. Providing another person’s RV information does not establish authority to sell or transfer it.

If several people are listed as owners, or the RV belongs to an estate, trust, or business, additional documentation or authorization may be necessary before a sale can be completed.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, banking credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through an initial evaluation form.

4. Preliminary Evaluations and Potential Offers

An RV evaluation is an assessment of whether a direct purchase may be possible.

A possible purchase price may take into account the vehicle’s type, age, mileage when applicable, operating condition, physical condition, title and lien status, location, and transportation requirements.

Additional photographs, documents, or inspection information may affect an evaluation before a binding purchase agreement is reached.

A preliminary evaluation or price indication is not a certified appraisal, an insurance valuation, or a guarantee of the vehicle’s retail market value.

No offer, offer amount, or purchase is guaranteed.

Any actual offer must be considered in light of its stated conditions and the information available when it is made.

5. When an RV Purchase Is Agreed Upon

Submitting a form, receiving an acknowledgment, or discussing a preliminary price does not by itself complete an RV sale.

A purchase occurs only when the parties reach an enforceable agreement under applicable law.

The terms of an actual purchase may address the agreed price, vehicle condition, ownership records, liens, payment, pickup, and other relevant matters.

Agreements and records may take different valid forms, including electronic forms where permitted by law. These Website Terms do not require every purchase to be established exclusively through a paper document.

Once the parties have entered into a binding purchase agreement, that agreement and applicable law govern their rights and obligations. These Website Terms do not provide a general right to change an agreed purchase price unilaterally.

You remain free to decline a potential offer before becoming bound by an enforceable agreement.

6. Texas Titles, Ownership and Liens

A completed RV purchase must satisfy the ownership and transfer requirements applicable to that vehicle.

The documentation can differ for a motorhome, a travel trailer, a fifth wheel, or another recreational vehicle.

Ownership Documents

Depending on the vehicle and its circumstances, the transaction may require a properly assigned title, supporting ownership records, appropriate signatures, and other documentation.

Texas title and registration requirements are administered through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) and county tax offices, as applicable.

If a title is missing, damaged, or unavailable, the relevant replacement or ownership-document procedures may need to be addressed before a transaction can proceed.

Loans and Recorded Liens

An RV with a loan or recorded lien may still be submitted for consideration.

However, a potential sale may require verification of the lender, outstanding balance, payoff requirements, and release of lien.

Submitting an inquiry does not mean that RVBuyerTexas has agreed to assume or pay a loan. Any approved payoff arrangement must form part of the actual transaction.

Vehicle Transfer Notifications

TxDMV advises sellers of Texas-titled vehicles to submit a Vehicle Transfer Notification within 30 days after a sale. The notification updates the state’s record of the reported sale; it is not the same as completing a title transfer.

Motorhomes and towable RVs may have different ownership and titling requirements. Sellers should follow the rules applicable to their particular vehicle.

For official guidance, consult TxDMV’s Buying or Selling a Vehicle page and its trailer title information.

7. Payment Arrangements

Payment is a matter for an actual agreed RV purchase, not an initial evaluation request.

Any purchase price, payment method, payment conditions, and related arrangements must be established between the parties for the specific transaction.

If there is a lender payoff or another ownership-related obligation, its treatment must also be resolved as part of the transaction.

The Website does not promise a particular payment method or guarantee payment within a stated number of hours or days.

Nothing in these Terms overrides payment obligations created by an enforceable purchase agreement.

8. RV Pickup and Free Towing

Free towing is included when an RV purchase has been agreed upon. It is part of the agreed purchase arrangement, not an independent towing service.

Submitting an evaluation request, receiving a preliminary price indication, or discussing a potential offer does not establish a separate right to free towing.

Pickup arrangements may depend on the RV’s location, size, condition, available access, and whether it can be moved or towed safely.

For example, a non-running RV, a vehicle in storage, or an RV located behind a locked gate may require additional coordination before pickup.

These circumstances should be disclosed and discussed when arranging the purchase and transportation. The Website does not guarantee a particular pickup date or time.

If a third-party transportation provider is involved, its role and any relevant requirements should be addressed as part of the purchase arrangements.

9. Communications About an Inquiry

When you provide contact information through the Website, it may be used to respond to your request, ask for relevant RV details, or discuss a potential purchase.

Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize unrelated promotional marketing or create blanket consent to automated marketing calls or text messages.

Any communication practices requiring additional consent must be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If you do not wish to proceed with a potential sale, you may decline an offer or communicate that you do not want to continue the inquiry.

For information about personal data, consult the Website’s Privacy Policy.

10. Photographs and Other Submitted Materials

Photographs, descriptions, and documents may be submitted to help evaluate an RV.

You should provide only material that you are authorized to share and that is reasonably relevant to the inquiry.

Submitting photographs or vehicle information for evaluation is not, by itself, permission to publish those materials as customer testimonials or advertising.

Any use of submitted information must be consistent with the applicable Privacy Policy, relevant permissions, and law.

11. Acceptable Website Use

The Website is intended for lawful inquiries and access to information about RV purchase evaluations.

Visitors should not submit fraudulent requests, knowingly impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Website security, or distribute malicious software through the Website.

RVBuyerTexas may decline to process inquiries involving apparent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law.

12. Website Content and External Resources

The Website may contain descriptions of the evaluation service, general selling information, and links to outside resources.

Content about title requirements, RV values, maintenance, financing, or legal matters is provided for general information. It should not be treated as personalized legal, financial, tax, mechanical, or certified appraisal advice.

Government agencies and other external websites maintain their own information and policies. A link to an outside source does not mean that the source endorses RVBuyerTexas.

Original Website content, graphics, branding, and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property law. Lawful access to the Website does not automatically authorize unauthorized commercial copying or redistribution.

13. Website Availability and Legal Rights

The Website may occasionally be unavailable or affected by technical problems. An unsuccessful or incomplete online submission should not be assumed to have reached RVBuyerTexas.

If you encounter a submission problem, use the Contact page or another verified contact method shown on the Website.

These Terms do not eliminate consumer rights, statutory protections, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

The terms of a separate, enforceable RV purchase agreement govern that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

The legal effect of these Terms and any individual RV transaction is subject to applicable law.

Texas motor vehicle and trailer requirements may apply to vehicles titled or transferred in Texas.

If a disagreement involves a particular purchase, the parties should refer to their actual transaction documents and the law governing that agreement.

These Website Terms do not independently establish a mandatory arbitration agreement, exclusive court venue, or waiver of rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

RVBuyerTexas may revise these Terms when Website features, business procedures, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be available on this page, together with its published update date.

A change to these Website Terms does not automatically change the terms of a previously completed purchase or an existing binding agreement.
